A mix of hands-on tech work and behind-the-scenes prep that makes a service sound right.
Manage sound during the services
Serve as needed for services and rehearsals
Be willing to stay for the 10:45 service (if applicable to campus)
Sometimes needed during the week for funerals, weddings
